8 Benefits of Beet Juice
In the world of health and wellness, there's no shortage of juice trends. And while they're all great in their own ways, I think that beet juice deserves a little extra love. I have been looking into alternatives to sipping a glass of wine at the end of my day and found that beet juice, or the occasional cherry tart juice, in a wine glass does the trick.
I feel like I'm drinking but I am actually nourishing my body instead - wild I know. Take a peep below for ~said benefits~

So what's the catch? There's one thing that might put you off from drinking beet juice: the color.
You know what I'm talking about: that bright pink color that's going to show up in your toilet bowl every time you drink it.
So I did some research and found out the truth behind this phenomenon: beets are used as a natural dye! So if you're not into seeing bright pink whenever you go to the bathroom, then maybe beet juice isn't for you. But if you're down with some pink-colored poo—and living a long, healthy life - then drink up babe!
Cheers!
